Over 500 remarkable cars from all eras of motorsports history are selected to spend the weekend racing around the iconic track and visitors can ramble through the paddock among these incredible machines and their drivers.

Whether from the 30 invited builders, assembled around the acres of vendors or simply scattered among the thousands of bikes ridden into the show, there are really too many bikes to see in one day.

Born Free Stampede

Hot flat-track racing at historic Costa Mesa Speedway.

For 49 years go-fast daredevils have been hammering around the 1/10th mile dirt oval at Costa Mesa speedway. This past Thursday the Born Free motorcycle show, now in it’s 9th year, brought it’s brand of chopper nostalgia for a pre-show party under the historic floodlights.
